Volunteers! Whether you're local or live across the sea, we'd love to have your help with set-up, tear-down, driving to/from the airport, or other tasks that help Superstars to run smoothly. It's a great way to connect with other Tribe members and give back. We appreciate your help! Check the box if you'd like to join us and someone will contact you.

We offer scholarships each year to writers who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial circumstances. Scholarships are funded by sales of anthologies published by WordFire Press as well as by contributions from individuals. All monies received by the scholarship fund are distributed to scholarship winners in the form of SSWS registrations, without a single penny subtracted for administrative costs.

Sometimes attendees need to make an additional payment for a gift or other reasons. Fill in the amount, then email Marie Whittaker at [email protected] to let her know the purpose of your additional payment.

Registrants who cancel by December 31, 2021 will receive a refund of 95% of the amount paid, not including processing fees. On or after January 1, 2022, refunds are granted for instances of bona fide emergencies, and the amount of the refund may vary. Please do not abuse this provision. Thank you!
